All future pitch closures or games called off must be done via the Fixture Secretary, Robbie Dover before the opposition or your own team are advised.

If the weather is generally inclement, he will most likely approve the closure. However if he is in any doubt as to whether the pitch is playable or not, he will ask for a referees inspection.

In the case of any request for a game called off less than 2 hours before kick-off, the allocated referee will conduct a mandatory pitch inspection.
